In the selling and valuation forms, also the property details you describe: address, area, town, postcode, country, floor area and expected price.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, get in touch with you and provide the estate agency service you ask for, including valuing the property when you request it.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions producing legal effects on you.

On what legal basis

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request when you write to us or ask for a valuation, and your consent where you give it expressly.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Who else has access

The technology providers that make the service possible, including the web platform provider, acting as processors and only on the controller’s behalf.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Once no longer necessary, it is deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to processing, and its portability, by writing to the contact address shown above.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
